Sławomir Tkacz, Managing Director, ELHURT EMS: We spent the first quarter analysing and learning from 2022. We discussed everything that was good about it and had a positive impact on our company. We are committed to operating more efficiently and effectively this year, so we also devoted our attention to the worse moments of last year. We are now at the stage of setting ourselves ambitious goals so that the whole organisation can develop dynamically. Our plans are very bold, as we are planning another expansion and a new production facility for Elhurt EMS.
Sławomir Tkacz, Managing Director, ELHURT EMS: It seems to me that in 2023 we will see an even greater stratification in the economy, i.e., some areas of the economy will perform worse, while others, on the contrary, will flourish. But we will grow stronger this year due to the successive expansion of our capacities and the new people who will be joining our team.
Sławomir Tkacz, Managing Director, ELHURT EMS: It is encouraging that the electronics industry is holding up very well and the situation with the availability of materials is slowly improving. We are all, of course, waiting for an end to the conflict in Ukraine and are watching the situation in Taiwan with concern.
